Schedule for Patron Event
Includes a private reception, 3-course dinner, special entertainment including Cirque du Soleil, an opportunity to bid on artwork in both the silent and live auctions, and attendance at the post dinner party The Grand Event.

Patron Tables seating ten persons are available.  All hosts of full-table purchases by February 1st will be included as part of the Host Committee and listed in the invitation and 50-page artwork catalog mailed to 5,000 individuals and emailed to 25,000 individuals.
(6:00 to 11:00 pm) - $275

6:00 p.m. The doors to the Patron Event open. Pick up your bidder packet, grab a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres from some of the best restaurants and caterers in town, and begin your evening. Visit with old friends and meet new ones while you peruse 200 pieces of art at the silent auction. The night is young, enjoy yourself.
7:15 p.m. Call to dinner for Patrons.
7:30 p.m. Patron Dinner and Live Auction begin. The doors to the Grand Event open.
  Silent Auction will close AFTER dinner.
7:30 p.m. Join your Patron table guests and share in the excitement of the exclusive opportunity to bid on special artworks included in the Live Auction while you savor a delicious 3-course dinner and view the thrilling performances from internationally acclaimed Cirque du Soleil.
9:00 p.m. Now the evening really ramps up! When the live auction is over and dinner plates are cleared, you'll join guests at the Grand Event. Decked out in their finest and ready to party, everyone pours into the silent auction area. Special entertainment will kick into action as you enjoy dessert and continue to bid on silent auction items.

10:00 p.m.

Silent auction sections begin to close and entertainment continues.

Tax Deduction: Includes a $150 tax-deductible contribution to CAP.

Schedule for Grand Event
Includes 200 pieces of art in the silent auction, music hosted cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dessert and attendance at the post-dinner party.
(8:00 to 11:00 pm) - $100

8:00 p.m. Are you ready for a wonderful evening? First you will pick up your bidder number and two drink tickets. Then, sample hors d'oeuvres and desserts from the best chefs in town while you tour the silent auction of 200 artworks. You show up prepared for fun, and we will provide the food, drink, music, and company for an evening you will be talking about for months to come!

10:00 p.m. Silent auction sections begin to close and special entertainment continues.
