Important Information:
- Volunteers should report to the Bison Building, 420 NE Ninth Ave. Use garage door entrance on Ninth near Glisan.
- If you get lost or cannot make your scheduled shift, please call Marc at (503) 278.3814.
- To sign up please email Volunteer Coordinator Marc Kochanski at mkochanski@cascadeaids.org. Be sure to include your desired position and shift time.
- Auction Volunteer Training (mandatory): Sat, April 24, 10 – 11am or Tues, April 27, 5:30 – 6:30pm at CAP office, 208 SW Fifth Ave, 8th Floor. Parking passes for the Auction will be distributed at training. *Training for Registration volunteers will be on Wed, April 28 from 6:30 – 8:30; this is instead of, not in addition to, the general training.
- Dress code for Auction volunteers at the event is black and white dress attire.
- All shifts of 4+ hours will get a meal break.
- Primary communication will be by email. Please look for emails from Volunteer Coordinator Marc Kochanski as the event gets closer. Reminder emails will be sent two weeks prior.
